It is difficult to identify the hands in some low to mid lighting because the face isn't flat and will catch a glare. The included tool worked well to remove some of the links to fit my wrist. I ended up wearing it for 3 days straight, including to bed and it was comfortable enough that I noticed it less than my other watch. Now that I'm used to the different feel I'm totally loving this watch!
